-Springdale Schools Food Service can provide the letter of proof for free and reduced fee lunch, contact Gena Smith gsmith2@sdale.org or 479 750-8707 to email the proof of free and reduced fee lunch letter directly to the parents
-Cox is being very particular about the letter. It must have the parents name on it as well as the child and it must be typed, not handwritten.
-Cox said you can skip the phone number* but MUST have an email because it is required to send the necessary documents of proof. *The form won't let you move forward without a phone #, so put in 0s
