“I am so excited to be joining Sonora Elementary as a 2nd grade teacher! I grew up in Fort Smith and moved to Springdale 18 years ago. I love Northwest Arkansas, especially the Razorbacks! I have been a teacher for 30 years and have taught almost every grade. Last year, I was a virtual teacher at DTSOI. I have also taught in Fort Smith and worked at TG Smith Elementary and Jones Elementary as an instructional facilitator. I love gardening, going to concerts and plays, my dogs Rusty and Roscoe and spending time with my four adult kids and beautiful grandkids. It is an honor to join the Sonora Scholars family!”
